The luxury of time together.
Sliding panels fold away until the seating, the long table and the garden are one continuous room. The floors are dark polished timber; the sofas sit deep and pale against them.

Let the day take its time.
The jade lap pool runs the full length of the deck. Beside it, raised a single step, a smaller spa pool with jets set into its rim — loungers and an umbrella at the edge.

- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure on request, subject to availability.
- Capacity
- The estate sleeps up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. Additional day guests by prior arrangement.
- Events & gatherings
- Intimate celebrations are welcome with advance approval. Large parties and commercial events are not permitted.
- Children & pets
- Families are warmly welcomed; cots and high chairs provided. Pets considered on request.
- In the residence
- No smoking indoors. Quiet hours 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM out of respect for the neighbourhood.
- Security deposit
- A refundable USD 1,000 deposit is pre-authorised before arrival and released after check-out.
