The Estate

How many guests does Ocean Palm sleep?

Up to fourteen, across seven bedrooms. The Estate is let as a whole, so the house, the garden and the pools are yours alone; additional day guests by prior arrangement.

What are the pools like?

A jade-tiled lap pool runs the length of the Estate, with a jetted spa pool beside it.

Is there a cinema room?

Yes — the Estate has a private cinema room.

Who looks after us during the stay?

A full estate staff, a private chef and a dedicated concierge, with daily housekeeping and turndown.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. Starlink Wi-Fi is included, along with all utilities.

Where is Ocean Palm?

In Pererenan, on the calmer western edge of Canggu, on Bali's south-west coast.

How far is the beach?

About five to ten minutes by car.

How far is the airport?

Ngurah Rai International Airport is 45 to 90 minutes by car, depending on traffic — plan on the longer figure between about 4 and 8 PM. Seminyak is 25 to 45 minutes.

Is an airport transfer included?

A return airport transfer is included for stays of three nights or more, and complimentary transport for stays of seven nights or more. For shorter stays your concierge arranges one on request, and every departure is timed around your flight.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure on request, subject to availability.

What is included in the rate?

Exclusive use of the Estate, the full estate staff and private chef, daily housekeeping and turndown, all utilities and Starlink Wi-Fi, and government tax and service charge — with airport transfers as above.

Are meals included?

Meals are not included in the nightly rate. Your private chef prepares lunch and dinner at an additional charge — you choose the menu, and ingredients are billed at market cost plus a handling fee, with nothing marked up on the food itself.

Is Ocean Palm suitable for children?

Families are warmly welcomed; cots and high chairs are provided.

Can we bring a pet?

Pets are considered on request.

Can we hold a celebration?

Intimate celebrations are welcome with advance approval. Large parties and commercial events are not permitted, and quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Is smoking allowed?

Not indoors.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes — a refundable IDR 25,000,000, paid by bank transfer at check-in and returned within three business days after check-out, subject to inspection.

Can we stay for several weeks?

Yes. Longer stays are quoted on request: write to the concierge with your dates and the size of your group.
