Booking, flights, transfers and check-in — the practical details worth knowing before a group of up to fourteen arrives at Ocean Palm.
A stay for a group begins well before the gate — with dates to agree, flights to line up and a few questions to settle. These are the practical details, in the order they tend to matter.
Before you fly.
Ocean Palm is booked directly on this site: choose your dates, and the live rate and availability are confirmed on the next step — and if your dates fall short of a minimum stay, the page says so. The Estate is let as a whole, for up to fourteen guests across seven bedrooms.
If you would rather talk it through first — a longer stay, a celebration, a group arriving on different flights — the concierge is a message away.

Landing, and the drive to Pererenan.
Ngurah Rai International Airport is 45 to 90 minutes from the Estate by car, depending on traffic; between about 4 and 8 PM, plan on the longer figure.
A return airport transfer is included for stays of three nights or more, and complimentary transport for stays of seven nights or more. For shorter stays your concierge arranges one on request. Every departure is timed around your flight — for an international departure, we suggest leaving roughly three and a half hours before take-off.
At the gate.
Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM; early arrival and late departure can be requested, subject to availability. A refundable security deposit is paid by bank transfer at check-in and returned within three business days of check-out, subject to inspection.

Dining, billed separately
Meals are not included in the nightly rate. Your private chef prepares lunch and dinner at an additional charge — you choose the menu, and ingredients are billed at market cost plus a handling fee, with nothing marked up on the food itself.
Families are welcome, with cots and high chairs provided, and pets are considered on request. There is no smoking indoors, and quiet hours run from 11 PM to 7 AM.
